How to donate to the Foundation
ziMS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and is registered with all appropriate state authorities.  Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by laws.

Gifts in Honor or Memorial
Your gift can have additional significance and meaning if you choose to contribute in honor or in  memory of someone. To make a gift in someone's honor, please include the name and address of that person. To make a gift in someone's memory please include the name of that person and also the address of any individual, family, friend you would like us to notify.  We will send a card to those you designate to receive notification of your honor or memorial gift.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Your place of work may offer a matching gift program, which could more that double your donation to ziMS Foundation.  Check with your Human Resource Department so you can find out if this is an option.

Please include your address (if not written on the check) so the Foundation can send an acknowledgement letter for your donation. All donations to the ziMS Foundation of $250.00 or more will be acknowledged in writing for tax purposes as required by the Internal Revenue Service. The ziMS Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization classified as a public foundation.  Our employer identification number is 20-5461183.
